Every invoice raised in the twelve months to 4 August 2026 across both systems, split between active and passive fire. Accounts appearing in both PAMS databases have been matched and merged. Planned future visits are excluded.
Same period, same clients — but the shape of the work is completely different.
Passive fire earns nearly the same money from a fraction of the jobs. The average passive invoice is ; the average active one is . One side is high-volume recurring servicing, the other is lumpy project work.
Hover any month to see the split. Active work has grown steadily; passive arrives in bursts. The final bar is a part month — the export was taken on the 4th.
Switch between the paying customer and the individual site. Sites are matched across both PAMS systems, so a client serviced by PFSN and PAFS counts once.

How the controlled document register is grouped — Procedures, Policies, Forms & Templates and so on. A category that is in use cannot be deleted; move those documents first.
The options every survey and installation dropdown offers — substrate types, service types, seal categories, products and so on. Changes reach every device live, including a surveyor already on site. An option in use on recorded seals cannot be deleted.
New jobs pre-select this surveyor.
A template pre-answers the seal dropdowns for a common seal type (“Copper pipe through masonry wall”). Add Seal then starts by offering the templates or a blank form, so the engineer only changes what differs at the opening. Location, quantity, photos and the certified/uncertified choice are never templated.
Scans stock items for locations saved in the wrong format (an old CSV import saved "Warehouse" instead of "warehouse", which hid those rows from every location filter). Safe to run at any time — it only fixes the ones it finds.
Finds profiles whose saved permissions are missing pages their role is supposed to include — typically because the profile was saved before those pages existed. You are shown exactly who gains what before anything is written, and it only ever adds: nothing already ticked is removed.
